We will happily take back our product within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the below points before requesting a return.
1- Pls call on our customer care number or mail us the pics and videos of the product on master@nutrawing.com
2- The product should be unopened, with the outer seal intact. Opened or used products do not qualify for returns.
3- For issues like, stomach aches, rashes or headaches, pls consult your doctor before buying.
4- Flavor likes or dislikes, change in flavor from one brand to another do not qualify for returns.
How do you get your money back?
Please mention your return preference while mailing for return.
1- Back to the source- refund will be initiated to the source it was paid through. Eg. Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking or wallets.
2- NUWmoney- we shall credit the amount in your account for you to make any other purchase on Nutrawing
